Roger Collins-Woolcock
Independent DirectorRoger is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia and has worked in professional services for over 35 years. Roger is a life member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW) and was a founding member of the Urban Development Institute of New Zealand (UDINZ).
He spent 24 of those at global engineering and environmental consulting firm Cardno, where he became General Manager of Australia and New Zealand, gaining a wide experience across multiple industries in the process.
For the past 8 years, Roger has been running his own company, providing training, strategy, business development and M&A services to small to mid-tier professional services firms across Australasia.
Having successfully led teams of up to 2000 staff – he really enjoys his work with Harrison Grierson. “I admire HG’s urban vision,” he says. “It’s great to be involved with a firm that truly wants to create a better world for people.”
Roger is a Non-Executive Director of mining engineering consultancy ATC Williams and social enterprise World Wellness Group. He is the Advisory Board Chair of civil and structural firm Inertia and specialist advisor to the 400-person geospatial firm Intellispatial.
A keen AFL player outside work, Roger recently hung up his boots and now prefers to watch instead.
