Harrison Grierson appoints new Managing Director

Harrison Grierson is pleased to announce the appointment of Glen Cornelius to the role of Managing Director of Harrison Grierson from January 2012. Mr Cornelius will succeed Alastair Kent-Johnston who is stepping down at the end of December after 18 successful years leading the Company through significant growth and change in the market.
Mr Cornelius has been with Harrison Grierson for over 16 years and was appointed as a Director in 2008. He has extensive experience in development and infrastructure engineering as well as leading and project managing many large multi-disciplinary projects. He has played an important role in the growth of Harrison Grierson's business in the Land and Buildings sector and is a close advisor to many companies and government organisations. Among his other qualifications, Mr Cornelius has a Masters of Engineering and is a Chartered Professional Engineer.
Mr Cornelius has been leading the Harrison Grierson Manukau office for the past six years where he has been instrumental in achieving ongoing success for the business. He brings a new focus to the business through his passion and wide experience in the sectors Harrison Grierson operates in and he is well positioned to execute Harrison Grierson's business strategy for the future.
