Harrison Grierson has recently established the Women Professionals Group (WPG @ HG) to address issues specific to women within the organisation. The group's overarching goal is to support, inspire and develop professional women in the workplace to progress their careers within the Company and in doing so, to grow Harrison Grierson as a business. WPG's inaugural, companywide event was a Q&A session with Margaret Devlin, Harrison Grierson's newly appointed independent Board director. Other initiatives include mentoring, networking events and training and development opportunities specific to women in the organisation.
