Digital transformation specialist Lauren has worked at the forefront of technology innovation across the globe, in North America, Europe, the UK and Australia.

A dynamic leader who champions diverse thinking, Lauren has helped an extensive range of offshore start-ups and established multinationals on strategies to realise their growth potential with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things.

After 19 years abroad she returned to Aotearoa, New Zealand in 2018, and since then has worked with businesses across Aotearoa – and internationally – helping them to grow and thrive while making positive impacts on society and the environment.

“I love being part of this company, and the way we prioritise both sustainability and digital innovation,” she says. “It is especially fulfilling for me that HG recognises the importance of the Māori world view in shaping our urban environments.” 

Always looking to inspire others to drive positive change, Lauren is a proud mentor to emerging female tech talent. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors.

Away from work, Lauren’s family keep her busy. But that doesn’t stop her getting up at 5am to go to the gym. “It sets me up for a great day!”
