Sam Sarah

A positive thinker and a chartered professional engineer for 27 years, Sam’s considerable technical expertise ensures we can successfully deliver our land development projects with high levels of client satisfaction.

Sam enjoys being technically challenged while working on our big projects, taking an analytical approach, and using critical thinking skills to resolve complex civil engineering issues, identify and communicate project issues and risks, and prepare fee proposals and tenders.   He also enjoys passing on his considerable knowledge to his team, leading the way about solving issues and building strong relationships with clients and partners.  Naturally, Sam knows the relevant legislation inside out, including the PAUP, Development Consents, Resource Management Act, the New Zealand and Australian Building Code, various by-laws, and town planning regulations. 

Outside of work, Sam plays soccer at a national level, visits the gym, and enjoys running, reading and overseas travel.
