Steve Finnemore

One of our talented team of Technical Directors, Steve has been planning, designing and implementing major multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects for over 20 years. During that time, he’s also built a particular expertise in alliancing and better business cases.

While he’s worked on hundreds of assignments throughout Europe, Australasia and the Pacific Rim, he ranks working in the Piritahi Alliance, delivering build-ready land to Kainga Ora as one of his most professionally rewarding.  “Being part of a team developing sustainable communities and enabling the next phase of residential growth in Auckland is a real privilege.”

“Day to day, I am mainly responsible for winning, leveraging and optimising Alliance opportunities within Harrison Grierson,” he says. “This truly is a rewarding role, with diverse clients and amazing projects – as well as some fairly hefty challenges to overcome.”

As well as being a bit of a foodie, Steve loves nothing more than spending time with friends and family and jumping on his mountain bike for a blast through Aotearoa’s back-country.
