IKEA project win at NZ Property Industry Awards

We are delighted to share that we have played a role in this award-winning project as Lead Civil Engineering Consultant on the Design & Build team with Naylor Love.

Our involvement spanned the full civil infrastructure scope, from earthworks, roading, drainage, and retaining structures through to stormwater and wastewater networks, water supply systems, pump stations, detention and retention facilities, and stormwater treatment solutions.

We also delivered key enabling works, including upgrades to surrounding public infrastructure and the design of a new internal service road linking Te Aoterangi Rise and Clemow Drive, providing access to the undercroft parking area.

A key focus throughout the project was close BIM coordination, with all infrastructure developed and modelled in 3D to support a fully integrated and clash-free design outcome. We were also pleased to contribute to the project's broader sustainability objectives aligned with IKEA's Green Star goals.
