Senior Planner and Location Lead for our Hamilton Kirikiriroa office, Jodie is a passionate people person who thrives on client relationships.

With experience in both central and local governments during her career, she enjoys the switch to private sector work with Harrison Grierson as it enables her greater influence on projects she’s involved in.

What really fires Jodie up is getting to know the needs of her clients, so she can offer them support that goes beyond the planning realm. “Being involved in the early stages of a project means I can provide ideas, innovation and work more closely with clients to achieve great urban outcomes,” she says.

Jodie pulls out all the stops to ensure our teams enjoy a safe working environment, both culturally and personally. “Helping our next generation of professionals learn is what drives me to come to work every day,” she adds.

Outside work, Jodie is a keen powerlifter. She also enjoys spending time with family (including her dog) and flexing her muscles further on a good hike through the NZ bush.
