Ricky Schamall

Ricky is the commercial lease team leader and a project manager based in our Auckland office.

Ricky works with a wide range of clients, supporting their building survey needs. She is known for her intimate knowledge of the PNCZ/PINZ guidelines for the measurement of rentable areas, and property developers, owners and managers value her advice and the quality of her deliverables.

Ricky oversees projects pertaining to rentable area surveys, layout surveys, due diligence or building scans and the modelling thereof. She gives advice to our surveyors nationwide and is known for her great communication.

Prior to starting her career in New Zealand, Ricky worked for 20 years on a large variety of survey projects from set-out to monitoring, topographical and cadastral surveys.
