With extensive experience on the LEAD Alliance delivering communities for Aotearoa on behalf of Kainga Ora, Simon now works in the urban development space for some of New Zealand’s biggest developers.
Known for his wide technical knowledge, analytical, strategic, and communication skills, Simon has gained a reputation for excellence and reliability in leadership and delivery.
