A problem-solver with 20 years’ local government and private sector experience, Stuart’s technical expertise ensures we deliver on complex three waters projects.

Whether he’s leading an interdisciplinary team, or part of one, Stuart enjoys working on a range of technically challenging projects, with a strong focus on three waters. This includes effects assessments, resource consents, assisting with iwi and stakeholder engagement and providing technical solutions. His ‘inside-out’ knowledge of all relevant legislation includes the RMA and a range of national environmental standard and policy statements.

Outside of work, Stuart enjoys sunny days at the beach and spending time with his young family.
