Andrew Collins

What really drives Andrew Collins at work is helping clients achieve success with their projects.

“I love working with our clients on a wide range of planning, urban development and natural resource management projects,” says Andrew. “After a 35-year career (25 with Harrison Grierson so far), I'm still thoroughly enjoying the diversity of our work and helping our clients achieve success with their projects. This is what brings me into work alive with enthusiasm every day.” 

Andrew also values the multi-disciplinary nature of HG and the strong sense of team here. As a former Board member, and a former Trustee and past Chair of the Harrison Grierson Share Scheme Trust, he’s seen the evolution of HG into the progressive company it is today. 

Outside of work, Andrew has fun with his large family and three dogs.  He snow-skis, hikes and goes to the beach, keeping fit with running, swimming and gym. Andrew also loves travel and feels very fortunate for all the experiences he’s had.
