Anita Simpson
Three Waters ManagerWhen it comes to engineering, water is certainly one of Anita’s areas of expertise.
A strong operations professional, she manages the Three Waters team, providing stormwater and infrastructure solutions for our clients. The team’s work involves coming up with lots of great engineering solutions to some fairly challenging problems.
Anita’s specialities include wastewater treatment process design, water treatment plant process design, trade waste bylaws and compliance and resource consents assessment of environmental effects.
“Whatever the project, I like that Harrison Grierson is very much focused on people – our staff, clients and stakeholders - and the impacts our engineering solutions have on our environment,” she says.
Anita is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPENG) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) (R).
Outside of work her two daughters keep her fairly busy. She also loves a trip to one of the many beautiful beaches around the Auckland region, relaxing with friends over a glass of wine, and reading a good book.
