Grant Rae

Family man Grant is a talented engineer with extensive technical experience in both public and private sectors. Having worked both here and in the UK, he’s now Technical Director of our Land Development Team.

Based out of our Tauranga office, Grant’s main day-to-day role involves leading several large-scale urban development projects, guiding our planning, survey, design and construction teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Something of a perfectionist, Grant’s favourite part of his job is returning to the developments he’s overseen a little while after they've been built, to see how well the subdivisions have subsequently flourished. “I'm very proud of my small role in helping to achieve great communities for people to work, live and play,” he says.

Away from work, most of Grant’s spare time is spent with his children, supporting them in all their extra-curricular activities. Given the chance, he’s also a keen snowboarder, and loves watching his favourite NHL team the Vancouver Canucks in their ongoing efforts towards Stanley Cup glory.
