James Mathieson

Based out of our office in beautiful Tauranga, James is a talented planner with nearly 10 years’ experience in the industry.

He’s committed to delivering good quality outputs for our clients, and prides himself on developing and maintaining strong relationships. In fact, he sees people skills as an instrumental part of his role, especially when it comes to managing our Bay of Plenty and Waikato team.

James relishes the sheer range of opportunities his work offers and considers his colleagues here outstanding in their field. “I love the fact that everyone at Harrison Grierson is passionate about what they do. And that we all work together as a team to build strong and resilient communities across Aotearoa, New Zealand.”

Outside working hours, James enjoys staying active whenever he can. You’ll often find him on the squash court, out walking the dog, or hitting the trails on a tramp through the spectacular local bush.
