Kate Weaver

Kate Weaver leads the People and Culture team and is a member of the leadership team at Harrison Grierson. She looks after the people side of the business, helping our people build their skills and confidence while supporting our leaders to create an environment where everyone can thrive and do meaningful work.

Kate brings extensive experience in people and culture, with a particular focus on developing people, supporting leaders and connecting what our people need with where the business is heading. Known for her practical and fair-minded approach, she has a natural ability to read people and situations, understand what is happening beneath the surface and find a constructive way forward that supports both our people and the business.

For Kate, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing people grow in confidence and knowing that, by helping them succeed, she is also helping HG thrive and make a meaningful difference for our clients and communities.

Outside work, Kate is most likely to be spending time with family and friends, usually with her dog Baxter close by. She has also completed the Coast to Coast multisport event, showing the same determination and resilience she brings to her work.
