Nick Grala

As National Planning & Environment Manager, Nick spends much of his time working alongside Harrison Grierson’s great planners, designers and scientists to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

It’s a role he excels in too, and he has the CV to prove it, having worked with a wide range of developers, corporates and infrastructure providers to provide feasibility advice, secure resource consents and act as an expert planning witness in Court appeals.

“I have always been driven by a desire to see my clients succeed,“ he says. “And I’ve been fortunate to have worked with some of the best, from large multinational corporates and government agencies to forward-thinking individuals who want to add value to their property or business.”

A born problem-solver, Nick takes pride in seeing projects succeed, working as a team and delivering on time. He also loves the culture of HG. “We have high standards and work hard for our clients – all while making sure we enjoy it together along the way,” he adds.

Away from work, Nick revels in the simpler pleasures of life – spending time with his family and trying to lower his golf handicap.
