Located on 110 hectares, when completed it will have around 2,500 high quality homes in a variety of styles, prices and building types that will house around 6,000 people. Well over 1,000 homes have already been built in this $900million+ project, as well as the Stonefields School, neighbourhood shops, a lake and a network of reserves and wetlands.
Our services
Harrison Grierson has provided extensive urban design and planning services, including site layout, typology development, resource consent and landscape design for all the detached, duplex and terraced developments - over 30 projects in total.
We also architecturally designed most of the detached and duplex housing.
